Chicago Area Man Has Been Running Barefoot for 11 Years

Barefoot runner Owen McCall is the founder and Organizer of the Chicago Area Barefoot Running Meetup Group. In this 2013 report produced by Chicago’s public television station WTTW, he tells his story and very effectively spells out the benefits of barefoot running.
